Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all of our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide a 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy.
